The professional at Carmarthen Golf Club offers a full range of coaching, with specialist instruction in all areas of the game supported by the use of the latest video software.
Darren Griffiths, Director of Golf, offers One-to-One conventional tuition with dedicated instruction in all areas of the game. Group coaching and clinics are also available to a group of corporate or individual clients.
Carmarthen Golf Club has fantastic practice facilities including a large 250+ yard driving range, a short game area which includes a bunker, a putting green and a lesson bays only area.
Also in the summer a 5 hole beginner's course will be opening for all abilities to practice before going to the main course.

One-to-One Coaching
This takes place on the Driving range or practice areas where of our qualified professional will instruct on all areas of your game. Whether it is the first lesson for a beginner, or fine tuning for an advanced player our aim is to improve our pupil's golf as well as their understanding and enjoyment of it.
Playing Lessons
Putting all those lessons into practice! Play 9-holes with the professional, who can offer advice on each shot as well as your game.
Junior Coaching
All of junior golfers are very welcome to attend weekly tuition that take place on Saturdays and Sundays between 11am and 1 pm for members and non-members. This a fantastic way to introduce a young golfer to the game.
As well as the weekend lessons we have a
YMG Golf Academy that juniors can join. This can be a 8 week course or sometimes done in school holidays over 4 days. This can take golfers through 8 structured stages of learning where they will get lesson notes and gain certificates for their achievements.
